We ship your orders from our home in Auckland.

Please find below the shipping costs and delivery times for our standard TRACKED shipping.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any additional taxes or import duties if your country’s customs office levies them.

Returns & Refund

We do our best to offer you top quality outfits. But if you find that you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund provided the following terms are met.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the clothing tags must still be attached. Once we've received the items and check that they've been unused, we will refund the amount you've paid for the product(s). We will notify you via email regarding this.

Exchanges

- If you've ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another one, please email us and return the product(s) to the address given above. We'll gladly replace it with another size provided that there is stock. Please note that you'll be covering for the shipping costs incurred by any exchange.

- If you've received a product that's defective or has been damaged during shipping, please let us know and send it to the address given above. We'll replace it as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping costs

You'll be responsible for paying the shipping costs of a returned item (unless it was a defective or damaged one). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take to deliver an exchanged product will vary depending on the recipient's location.
